Delete your True Bowlers Club account

From the app

Open the app, go to Profile, scroll to Delete Account and confirm. The deletion is immediate and no email is required.

Without the app

Email thetruebowlersclub@gmail.com from the address registered in your membership, with the subject "Account deletion request". Requests are processed within 30 days and you receive a confirmation once the account is removed.

What is deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your bowler profile, including USBC number, contact details and photo
• Award submissions, including the photos and videos you uploaded
• Messages, replies and substitute requests
• Practice sessions and notifications
• Your league memberships

What is kept, and why

Scores already recorded in league standings are kept as anonymous entries, with your name and email replaced by a random identifier. Those numbers are part of the league record and feed the averages and weekly reports of every other bowler in the league, so removing them would change other members’ statistics. After deletion the entries can no longer be linked back to you.

Active subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account settings before deleting, otherwise billing continues.
